Learning Outcomes that Support Peer Assessment

By the end of the course students will be able to:

  1. Work collaboratively to achieve agreed outcomes for a group project in a team environment.
  2. Assess their own performance and the performance of others in a group project.

This activity is based on your observations and interactions with others in your team. You can source information from your team meeting minutes, your own notes and reflections. In this process, you are assessing behaviours rather than personality. Be sure you have facts to support your assessment of your teammates’ performance.
